Further Reading is a small educational project developed alongside our research and teaching. It consists of short, paper‑focused videos that walk through recent studies in cancer biology, immunology, and translational research, with particular emphasis on how to read figures, understand study design, and interpret limitations.
The aim is both to keep you up to date with the latest high impact research, and to model how excellent papers can be approached critically — especially for students, trainees, and early‑career researchers who are still building confidence with the primary literature. The videos are designed to be listened to as much as watched, and can be used either as background context or as a starting point before reading a paper in full.
Selected videos are embedded below. Topics broadly align with the group’s research interests and with material covered in teaching, but the content may also be useful to researchers and clinicians working in related areas.
These videos are designed to be embedded in teaching materials including Moodle, or used as background professional reading.
